Payment

    • You get paid within seven days of payment received from the client. The client will release the payment to Worxport within 45 days from Candidate’s joining date.
    • To reduce ambiguity and doubts, Worxport has set fixed slabs of pricings.
    • Fixed sourcing fee is paid once when the candidate successfully joins the organization
    • Worxport reserves the right to change the sourcing fee as and when required.
    • The Recruitment professionals get 40% of the margin on the pay rated for the contractual placements which differ for different countries and different price slabs. For more details, you can refer http://worxport.com/pricing
    • The payment terms is same as that of what we provide for Freelance Recruiters.
    • We offer different payment options for our recruitment professionals, depending on your preferences. For convenient and swift payments we rely on the direct bank wire transfer method. We constantly strive to add new payment methods for you, to make the payments as fast and as cost efficient as possible. If you prefer a different payment method that is not mentioned above, please contact us, and we will evaluate to add it to our payment methods.
    • Worxport will make every effort to collect the placement fees from the delinquent clients. With the quality of clients that we have associated with, this has not been an issue till now.

    • Confirm your email address. When you successfully submit the registration form, we will send a verification email to the email address you have provided at the time of signing up. Additionally, you will also be called by one of our executives to confirm your association with our network.
    • Create your company profile. Fill out your profile correctly and comprehensively to let the independent Recruiter know about your company.
    • It is an entirely automated process from posting to selection and billing.
    • After login go to “Post a Job” tab and fill the job details and submit.
    • Post Worxport verification, your job posting will be live on Worxport for users.
    • After successful submission of the post, you will get regular notifications on various CV submissions.
    • You can track the status of your job posting in “View /Track my Jobs” page regarding CV submission shortlisting, interview stage, and job offer stages. Alternatively, you can contact our Account Managers via call, chat or email, if you have any queries related to the status of your submitted candidates.
    • You can see the profile in “View /track my Jobs” page on the portal and download the same after shortlisting the CV.
    • You will also get notifications on each of the recruitment processes
    • You can provide your feedback online directly on the portal against every CV.
    • Alternatively, there will be a dedicated Account Manager to whom you can write or make a call to provide the same.
    • As per your preference you can choose to make it public or private. In case you wish to post a job as “private,” that particular job will be visible to only a few selected skilled recruiters in the network.
    • Yes, you have to post the job as a private job. In that case, only the selected skilled recruiters can access the posting.
    • Mentioning the name of the company will attract more talents and will instill a sense of trust in your company.
    • The enrollment process is same as that of a client’s. You will be required to fill up the signup form and activate your profile from the link which will be provided to your registered email address.
    • All the data is protected as per the Data Protection policy of Worxport.
    • Yes, one central contract governs the relationship between all parties. The main contract is developed with the input and cooperation of a vast number of employers and recruitment firms.

    • Our network includes only selective skilled recruiters. After registering, you would be requested to attend a live demonstration and satisfactorily complete a screening interview with a WorxportQuality team.
    • No, Worxport hides the employer's contact information from the portal. Our inbuilt messaging system helps consultants interact with the employers. But the employers will have access to the contact details of recruiters.

Payment

  • You need to release the payment to the Worxport within 30 days from the joining date of the candidate.

    • How will Worxport bill me? How do I pay to Worxport?
    • On the completion of onboarding of the candidate, Worxport will generate an invoice with all the details for the payment.
    • Do I have to pay for each submitted profiles?
    • No, you do not have to pay anything for submitted profiles, payment is due only once the selected candidates join you.
    • What are the payment terms for agencies using Worxport as a client?
    • 30 days from the Invoice
    • We offer different payment options, and you can choose from them as per your convenience. You can opt for various bank wire transfer options available or can make use of the debit/credit card mode of payments.
